The Gold Partner Award recognizes companies that are driving the most meaningful growth and delivering the best customer outcomes on the platform. As one of the fastest-growing Alarm.com providers in the country and the leading DIY Alarm.com provider, earning this distinction five years running tells us we’re on the right track.

New Products and Services
There’s been a lot happening at Surety lately, and a few highlights are worth sharing.
We recently launched Surety Business Fleet, an affordable GPS and OBD-II fleet tracking service built on Alarm.com Connected Fleet. It brings enterprise-grade telematics to small and mid-size businesses at a fraction of what legacy fleet providers charge: real-time GPS tracking, driver behavior scoring, engine diagnostics, fuel management, and geofencing. One of the biggest advantages is that fleet vehicles and business security systems can all be managed from a single unified Alarm.com platform.
On the hardware side, we’ve started offering the Qolsys IQ Panel 5, the latest generation of the most popular security panel in the Alarm.com ecosystem. We’ve also added the Alarm.com Prism series of commercial-grade PoE cameras in 5MP and 8MP configurations, giving business customers some of the sharpest security video available on the platform.
What’s Coming Next: The Nami Agile Security System
Looking ahead, we’re preparing to launch a new alarm system that we’re really excited about: the Nami Agile Security System. This is a next-generation platform designed to make Alarm.com significantly more accessible to renters and budget-conscious customers. Priced comparably to Ring and SimpliSafe, the Nami Agile system combines Wi-Fi sensing and Thread mesh networking with traditional door contacts and PIR motion detectors, offering a modern, flexible approach to home security at a price point that opens the Alarm.com ecosystem to a much broader audience.
