It’s the app you use to arm and disarm remotely, watch live and recorded video, receive alerts, and control your smart home. It’s also the cloud platform that processes every sensor event, stores your video, and keeps your system running. A Surety plan is your subscription to Alarm.com, and it’s required to activate your nami system. You can add one now or after your equipment arrives. A 24/7 dispatch center is alerted the moment your alarm triggers. They contact you to verify — and if they can’t reach you, they dispatch police, fire, or medical services on your behalf.
No action required on your part.
