  • Limit down-time

Not all providers support transfer of Alarm.com accounts. If you are planning to transfer, contact your provider to determine if this is supported. If your provider supports it, you can transfer your current Alarm.com account to us easily!

Use the following link to select the service plan you need. When you transfer to Surety, this plan will determine your included features. Don’t worry, you can always change this later at any time!

Follow the order submission steps on our website and our team will email you a transfer PIN which you can then give to your current Alarm.com service provider to initiate the transfer.

Transfer of service can take up to 3 business days to process from the time your current provider initiates the transfer. However, your monitoring service will typically remain active during that time.

When your transfer is complete we will notify you via email.

We will include instructions on how to start using the Surety System Manager to control your monitoring contacts, passwords, service plan features, and more with 24/7 access.

At this point you’re all set, and your Alarm.com service would remain unchanged. You will use the same Alarm.com credentials as with your prior provider, with the added benefits and low cost from Surety!
