Description
Why should I replace my keypad?
If you do not already have an alpha-numeric keypad for your system, programming the system will be very difficult and prone to error. Non-alpha keypads only display numbers or sections/zones when programming, without context.
The 6160 Alpha-Numeric keypad allows for more details and context while programming your system.
Support
- After setting up my SEM, my keypad is acting on its own.
- To share sensor list with Alarm.com, the SEM must perform a Zone Scan. The zone scan will automatically begin after the panel is powered up. On the keypad you will see a series of disarms and programming setting changes before seeing “MODEM COMM” on the screen
