Transfer of service can take up to 3 business days to process from the time your current provider initiates the transfer. However, your monitoring service will typically remain active during that time.
We will include instructions on how to start using the Surety System Manager to control your monitoring contacts, passwords, service plan features, and more with 24/7 access.
