- What firmware versions are needed?
- Only PG9WLSHW8s with firmware v1.2 or higher work with the HSM2108. You can’t update the PG9WLSHW8 firmware so make sure yours has v1.2 or higher before ordering the HSM2108. Your IQ Panel software needs to be version 4.1 or higher.
