Switch to Verizon LTE Cell Module

Hi!
I currently have an ATT 3g module and I am ready to switch to the LTE.
Two questions:

  1. Current firmware version 1.16.0.1. Do I need to or should I update the firmware to 1.19?
  2. After I swap out the the modules do I need to contact you (Surety) and/or ADC?

Yes, 1.19 will be needed to use the new LTE module. You can download the firmware here.

2. After I swap out the the modules do I need to contact you (Surety) and/or ADC?

Yes, your Alarm.com communication module ID number will need to be changed on your account to match the new module. Please be sure to submit the new IMEI number from your LTE module via secure message by accessing your system manager and clicking the secure message tab.
