Is there any way to replace my current CT 100 with an ADC T2000 thermostat and not lose all of the heat, A/C settings in ADC?
No, any time you replace a device the old instance of the device is removed. The new thermostat will have a new node ID and require new rules in ADC. Once the new device is added, it will be synced with ADC by your panel. Once that occurs, you can access the thermostat card in Alarm.com to adjust the schedule for that new thermostat.
