What is the process in changing out a panel? Do I just email the new MAC address over?

The best course would be determined by the circumstances of the swap:
- Are you staying in the same service address?
- Is it the same model panel?
- If it is a different model panel, what model?
In general you can currently swap to a new panel by simply submitting a swap request along with the new IMEI (Communication Module number) via secure message here.
Some steps to make the process easier may be available depending on the answers to the other questions above.
everything is same, just new qolsys panel. old panel continues to fail.
will send the IMEI to secure message once i am ready to install.
