I just received and installed the 2gig image sensor but after learning it in I have no image sensor menu in the toolbox. Also the image sensor tab on alarm.com isn’t showing that I have one either.
You need 2GIG firmware version 1.10 or higher to use the image sensor. You can upgrade your 2GIG firmware manually using the USB update cable or we can push an over the air (OTA) update to your panel for $15.
