Codes for locks can be added for users through the Alarm.com website.
Start by clicking on the Users tab in your Alarm.com account and either editing an existing user or adding a new user. A four digit access code can be assigned to the user under Automation Control. Once done adding the code, be sure to save the user to push the code to the Z-wave lock paired with your panel.
This can only be done once the account setup process has been completed however. It appears that that part has not been done yet. You can finish the account setup process through your Surety web login via the System Manager section in the dashboard.
