GC3 Panel, users are not syncing from ADC

Recently upgrade my subscription and have noticed that when I add in users from the website or from the iOS app for Alarm.com, they are not syncing to the panel. I’ve tried the reboot and I also did a cell test to see if it would pull down info. Panel is on the latest firmware.

To better assist, we will need to confirm which account you are referring to as it appears that you have multiple accounts active. You can submit a secure message to confirm any identifying details if you would prefer.

Note that Users that do not have panel access listed in Alarm.com would not appear in the panel.

Wonderful, the account information has been received! Commands have been sent to sync the users in Alarm.com with your panel. This process can take up to thirty minutes, during this time, any new users input into ADC would not be sent.

There will not be any indication at the panel that the process has completed (aside from checking the users in the panel) After the sync process has completed, any change?
