My thermostats seem to set themselves to 81 degrees at random. They also do not follow the scheduled times/temperatures set in the app. Tonight it coincided with disarming the alarm. I don’t see in the logs what is triggering the temperature change. How do I figure out what’s initiating these changes?
There isn’t a way to see what triggered the change so we have to kind of figure it out based on how you have your system configured. As for the change last night that coincided with disarming the alarm, it may have been triggered by the Smart Away feature. If you look at the thermostat schedule in Alarm.com and click the Smart Away button does it show that it’s set to change temperature based on a mobile device entering or leaving a geofence?
