I just signed up for for Surety and can not get past the communication test on my Concord 4 alarm system. As soon as I power on the control power the alarm goes straight into ARMED TO AWAY NO DELAY. I can press 8 and enter the code but nothing happens. After a few minutes the alarm will sound and the panel says INTRUSION ALARM IMAGE BOARD. Any hints on what to do?
That means that the panel was powered off in an armed state. It will return to the same state when powered back up.
You would need to disarm before being able to access other features.
On a Concord 4 you would disarm by pressing 1, followed by your code.
