Looking to switch out an old garage door opener which is tied into my alarm.com system via Linear unit.
I see Chamberlain advertising a WiFi enabled system.
Am I able integrate this unit without a Gateway and/or the Linear?

Yes, direct wifi connected MyQ overhead door openers act as their own gateway as they directly connect to the internet.
You would not need a separate MyQ gateway or the Linear Zwave device. MyQ integration is included with Gold Automation features.

You can delete the Linear device at any time. It should be removed using the remove device function on the panel’s Z-wave configuration while powered.
