Is it possible for alarm.com to independently control the two outlets on the GE Smart Dimmer model 28175? I have it connected to my system and only shows up as one device. Commands from the alarm.com app and Alexa control both outlets in sync at the same time.
No, with regard to multifunction Z-wave devices, unless each function is learned in as a separate virtual device you would generally not be able to control them independently at this time.
We’ll pass this along as a feature request to Alarm.com. I’m not certain if this would require specific support from panels in order to be functional.
