Is it possible to add to my account ALARM.COM ADC-V721W cameras froma previous owner who closed his account well over a year ago
and failed to clear them. Are they are no use are what are the options to clear them if needed from a closed old accoun and activate
Alarm.com cameras can only be attached to one Alarm.com account at a time. They need to be removed by the account holder or dealer in order to be used with another Alarm.com account. Have you tried to add these cameras to your account already?
With Surety, if the Alarm.com account is cancelled, the cameras would be automatically removed during the account cancellation process and could be used with another Alarm.com account. This may not be the case with other dealers however.
