2GIG-FF-345 Question

Hi,

Will the 2GIG-FF-345 work with the newer combination smoke/carbon monoxide detectors it seems almost all manufactures are going to that give both audible (Candence) and then voice announcements? I am having a hard time finding AC/Interconnected combo detectors that only to audible alone without voice.

I do not want to purchase new detectors, which I need to as mine are at the 10 year mark only to find out the 2GIG-FF-345 will not report back to the panel due to the voice feature.

The 2GIG-FF-345 will requires two cadences in order to report an alarm. Those cadences would need to be whats called a Temporal 3 cadence. As long as the detector utilizes that, the firefighter would work and the voice feature should not interfere.
