How do I connect Yale Lock YRD256 to 2GIG GC3?

There is no official indication that the YRD256 model is supported on the GC3, and I have not tried one yet myself, but similar Yale models are supported so you could try connecting using the standard Z-wave inclusion process on the YRD256.

On the panel navigate to Z-wave settings and add a new Z-wave device. While the panel is listening:

  1. Touch screen with back of hand or palm to activate.
  2. Enter 4-8 digit master code* followed by key. PIN
    Lock Response: “Menu mode, enter number, press key to continue.”
  3. Enter digit corresponding to the function to be performed followed by the key.
    Follow the voice commands. To pair the lock with the panel it would be 7, 1.
