In my opinion (having been a customer of theirs), you should avoid Vivint like the plague. Don’t get caught up in all the fake glowing reviews, and accolades…there is a very good reason why Vivint has been sued by in excess of ten different state Attorney Generals, and why they have tens of thousands of customer complaints.
