I’m looking to get some feedback on Smartlock recommendations.
What are the some of the top choices? Good brands with good customer service and warranty?
I have alarm.com home automation set up.

The only locks I would recommend against are the older 5 button Kwikset models. These are far less secure than other locks to brute force guessing.
Other than that, for a residential application it mostly comes down to aesthetics.
Warranty on a product is going to be determined by the vendor you purchase it from, not the manufacturer, and may be different between vendors.
Most customer service related to a smart lock should go through your Alarm.com service provider. The actual manufacturer support can help with certain issues, but in most cases cannot help with back end services like ADC.
