I have the slim Skybell and it’s very blurry. Is there anything I can do to cleanup the picture?
By blurry are you referring to pixelation?
If so, try lowering the resolution in Alarm.com under Video > Settings > Video Device Info. Try dropping to 480. Any change?
If you are not referring to pixelation, but more of a smudged image, the only thing to really check locally is if the glass lens cover appears dirty. Make sure to wipe off any smudges gently with a cloth. Does that help?
Are you seeing any discoloration?
Ah, looks like the Skybell is tucked in a corner and viewing a large portion of the side wall. This might be affecting focus. If you angle the lens away from the wall does the image look better?
