Need to set up a medical pendant to notify me when pressed not to send a panic alarm. How do I do this?

In order to set up the pendant to have no response (i.e. not trigger a panic alarm) You will want to set the pendant as sensor group 25 (Local Safety) in panel programming. This way, when the button is pressed a signal will be sent to the panel but not as a panic alarm.
You would then set up a Notification through Alarm.com to be notified when the pendant is pressed.
