I am having an odd issue with my system. The Alarm.com web portal is incorrectly showing one of my door sensors as “Open,” while the 2Gig panel correctly shows it as closed. I would appreciate any input you may have.
I’ve seen that happen on a rare occasion. When you open and close that door, can you see the event in your event history on Alarm.com?
One trick we’ve used that solved it in some cases was to turn off sensor activity monitoring for that sensor and then turn it back on. If that doesn’t work let me know and we’ll dig deeper.

It looks like an open/close of the door cleared the issue. Hmm.
