Hello, Im unable to access system settings (to add a new sensor) with my current panel access code. Ive tried the various default or manual spec’d codes for the panel and no luck there as well. Are you able to remotely set or reset the master/dealer/installer code? Unit is a pushbutton ge/interlogix simon xt thats in communication now.
We are happy to assist! Yes, we can help with resetting installer codes if needed if you have an active Surety subscription. However, keep in mind, you can reset your installer code to one of your choice at any time using our System Manager if you have a supported panel.
Oh thanks jason, Id missed that. Ive reset the installer code and will verify I can add new decices when I get home.
