Can you please advise how to activate the Panic Alarm function from the app. Thank you!
Are you referring to a way to simulate a Panic button using the smartphone/tablet app? This is not an available function from the app.
Panic alerts would be tied to location. Typical usage of the app is outside of the home, and panic signals must originate from the panel (either by using the emergency button functions on the panel itself or an RF Panic button/keyfob with panic enabled.)
Are you instead referring to notifications sent to your App when a panic alert occurs?

Yes! In-App Panel Panic is available on request. Note that it requires Professional Monitoring to be activated.
We are working toward allowing users to enable/disable features like this through the System Manager, but that is not quite available yet.
