Is there a way to prompt a authorized user to enter a password before setting the alarm from the panel? As of now, anyone can walk up to the panel and arm the system.

    Thanks

Happy to help! Head to Settings > Advanced > Installation > Security and Arming. Scroll down and you can enable “Secure Arming” which will require a valid user code to be entered to arm the panel.

“Could not recommend enough. The service is excellent and the price is unbeatable. We switched from another company where we felt like we were being taken advantage of; but not with Surety! This has been the best move for home security.”
