notification: malfunction (nest)

I have this notification in ADT phone app for over a month now and it does not go away:

everything is fine with nest, and I am able to successfully control it from ADT, but I can’t remove this message.

Any ideas?

It may be that Nest does not share periodic status updates, only on status change, or at least the malfunction and resolution status may just be relayed once.

We requested an updated Nest device info and it looks like the alert went away. You may need to log out and back in to confirm.
