In setting up, when I attempt to run a cell phone test through the toolbox with the master code, Cell Phone Test is not an option on the third screen as demonstrated on the support video.
Is this an older panel?
Typically this indicates the firmware is not sufficient for use with a new module. Have you updated the firmware prior to installing the module?
This link should be in your welcome email and may also be of assistance. That email will also have the installer code that your panel will default to after the initial cell phone test successfully passes.
