I have two devices on my z-wave network that are malfunctioning, and I’m unable to remove them using the normal routine. Can you please force-remove them? (They are both labeled “remove”).

Certainly, we’ve sent those commands, however note that if they can still communicate with the panel in any way the commands will typically fail. The devices must be unreachable by the system to be removed remotely.
Allow five minutes or so before reloading the app/website to check.
