I have a suretyDIY login, and I have purchased DIY Alarm.com Gold Interactive with Central Station Monitoring.
I have installed my (DSC) system, which acknowledged connectivity with the central station (which may be through alarm.com using the communicator’s serial number to map to suretyDIY’s central station, as I don’t recall keying CS info into the panel) and I now want to login to alarm.com.
I tried using my suretyDIY login to login here Alarm.com Login, because alarm.com seems to also use my suretyDIY login name, as it sent me my suretyDIY login name when I asked alarm.com for my username based on my email address via Need Help Logging In?
However, alarm.com does not like my suretyDIY password.
I used Need Help Logging In? to request a new password and received an email with a button link like this:
https://www.alarm.com/web/deep-redirect/ChangePassword/xxxx/login=xxxx&key=xxxx&testSrc=ForgotPasswordEmail
but going to that link immediately redirects me back to this page
https://suretyhome.com/alarm/?m=login_fail&r=no_match
putting me into a loop.
How do I go about logging into my alarm.com account?
