I am having an issue with my LiftMaster garage opener. It is currently in malfunction and the gateway reported offline. I can control the door from the ADC app but the status appears to be incorrect. What can I do to resolve this issue?
Malfunction reports typically refer to an issue with communication. Commands have been sent refresh the equipment and currently, only the garage door is showing a malfunction.
