key fob programming

a few questions about this:

can you explain the differences between auxiliary/audible alarm, silent panic, and fire?

what is key 4 output? what function does this option perform?

thanks

Selecting the different Panic types changes the signal which is sent to ADC/CS

Auxiliary: typically used as a Medical alert
Audible Alarm: Burglary Panic that activates the siren
Silent Panic: Burglary Panic that doesn’t activate siren
Fire: Fire

The Key 4 output is a programmable output button. It is largely used with the now discontinued 2GIG Garage opener, but can be programmed for other custom things by way of the panel open collector. Here is an example.

I’m assuming all panic signals get sent to ADC and CS? When CS receives a panic signal, do they call medical for auxiliary, police for audible or silent, and fire dept for fire I assume? Do they call the contact on the account first, or immediately call police or fire?

If you have 24/7 Central Station monitoring on your account, yes.

Default Central station monitoring procedures are described here.

For non-medical panic signals, dispatch occurs first.

Yes, the appropriate responding authority is dialed based on the signal that comes in.
