Issue integrating MyQ device and Alarm.com

Purchased a MyQ for my Chamberlain garage door opener. I was able to successfully connect it to my network, but I’m having problems connecting it to Alarm.com

I am seeing the hub report to Alarm.com. What part in the process are you getting hung up on? What is the make/model of the MyQ device you are utilizing?

MyQ devices are integrated via the Alarm.com webste. Start by navigating to Settings -> Devices -> Automation Devices and LiftMAster Installation.
