Updated firmware to 1.12
Getting rules not confirmed, and cannot select “high” (keeps defaulting back to “normal”).
Can you push it through, check on this issue?
On our end it’s showing rules are confirmed for your image sensor. I sent a command to reboot the image sensor. Also, on our end it showed your image sensor was set at high sensitivity. I sent a command to change it to normal sensitivity to match what you’re seeing on the 2GIG panel. Can you try again to set it to high sensitivity and let me know if it works?
