By default, HSM2955 tampers are set to disabled. You shouldn’t need to bypass.
To test 2-way voice with professional monitoring operators you can call operators 24/7 at 855-348-0367 and request that your account be placed on two way security test mode so that you can test two way voice functionality.
The central station differentiates between regular all points test mode (2-way not used) and two-way security test mode (no dispatch or calls, but 2-way is answered).
While on test mode, arm your system and trip a perimeter sensor to quickly initiate the alarm.
