Deleting MyQ Hub

I need to delete my exisiting MyQ hub from my account to add my replacement but don’t see it as an option on the website. Thanks for your help!

Currently, the end user cannot remove a MyQ Hub from Alarm.com, only your dealer can. We have requested this feature to be included for users, but we do not have an ETA on integration.

Commands have been sent to remove the MyQ device, please wait about five minutes for these commands to take effect. You can then re-install, let us know if you have any further issues.

While the forum works as well, should you need to have a device removed remotely, requests can also be sent through our secure message tool, for account verification purposes.
