Hello. I have a 2gig GC3 panel with central station monitoring. Is there any way to remotely deactivate specific zones? I have a contractor I trust working in my home while I’m out of town and the construction noise keeps activating the glass break sensors which triggers an announcement from the 2gig panel. It’s just annoying and I’d like to shut it down for him.
There is no way to remotely adjust sensor programming from the user site, however we would be happy to assist with remotely deactivating chime on specific zones.
