Connecting Chamerlain MyQ device

I would like to add my chamberlain MyQ device to alarm.com but am unsure how to do so. It says to contact my provider. Can you please provide guidance? Thanks

Can confirm that LiftMaster integration is enabled on your account.

When pairing, did you navigate to your Alarm.com account page, click on Settings -> Devices -> Automation Devices -> LiftMaster Installation and type in the device’s serial? IS this where you got the error message?

If you currently have the device enrolled in the standalone MyQ app, it must be unregistered prior to pairing it with Alarm.com.
