How to change notification from email to text
To edit the recipients or contact methods of any notification, login to the Alarm.com website and select Notifications on the left. Choose the notification you wish to edit, and you can select the recipients at the bottom of each notification. Make sure to save changes.
If you need to add the SMS text contact method, you would do so under Users. Edit the applicable user and Add Contact. It will ask for the number and carrier.
