I just recently replaced my old garage opener linked to alarm.com with the hub to a Chamberlain B750 with wifi built in. I was able to connect to my wifi and use the app to control it. But I can’t connect it with Alarm.com. Followed their instruction on their website but it won’t pick it up. Do I need anything else to get it working?

Liftmaster MyQ is somewhat limited when it comes to adding and removing via Alarm.com. The end user (you) can add 1 liftmaster hub but you cannot remove it, only your dealer (us) can.
Should you try to add a second hub, you will be unable to, currently only the dealer can do that as well.
Should this be the case, please send a Secure Message to customer service with the serial number of the new hub and we can get that added for you. Also, if you would like us to remove the current hub in malfunction, please let us know. we would be happy to assist!
