I cannot determine how to correct this function?
‘Arm Away’ delay.
Currently, selecting ‘Arm Away’ from the panel provides a 60-second delay, as does triggering from a keyfob. Selecting an ‘Arm Away’ scene from the mobile app, either in alarm.com or the today widget, does not provide the delay. How do I change that?
I would like to be able to run the ‘Arm Away’ scene while still in the house.
Sending a remote command to arm the system will always arm the system immediately with no countdown.
The No Delay option in Alarm.com refers to the subsequent Entry Delay, not an exit delay countdown.
If you need to run the scene prior to leaving for a different reason, you can use the Quick Exit button on the Qolsys Panel to create an exit delay period so you can open the entry/exit door without setting off an alarm.
The Quick Exit button is accessible on the home screen of the panel, overlaid on the Arming button when armed.
