Jacksonville FL requires all alarm contractors to be registered with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s office. I did not see SurityDIY on their list. Are you registered? And if so under what name?

For the related permit application in your location, you should indicate “Self-installed” for the Installed by field (and Maintained By, if applicable)
The Monitored By field should be Avantguard or Avantguard Monitoring Centers on the online or manual form.
