I have a Quolsys IQ2 with alarm.com thermostat. I have 3 remote temp sensors that unpair whenever there’s a schedule change (sleep, away, wake up, etc). I don’t have a huge house, so they aren’t super far from the panel. Any suggestions? This completely defeats the purpose of why I bought them.
I’m not seeing a related Surety account, is that correct?
If you are not a Surety subscriber and don’t have ADC service through us we cannot see system details. To best assist, we would need more info:
- What firmware version is your panel currently using?
- Were the Temp sensors learned into the network in their permanent locations?
- Do you have any repeating devices in your Z-wave network?
