Alarm.com App not reporting AC Failure

My house lost power this afternoon however I never received a notification and the alarm.com app shows no faults. Is there something I need to change on the panel to have it report power failures? I had this feature with my GC2.

I see a power loss event in your Alarm.com history as well as notifications sent to an iPhone push device and your email on file. It resolved shortly afterward. Do you not see those notifications?

A power outage will be reported after the delay period set in Q46 in GC3 panel programming (or for users with other panels, a similar setting).

By default the delay time is 10 minutes, but you can edit it as needed. This is to filter out nuisance alerts from insignificant activity. Any notification would be generated after that delay, if the power loss is resolved within that time frame no alert would go out.
