I bought a Aeotec Multisensor6. Is it compatible? I was able to pair it with my panel, but I don’t see it in the alarm.com portal Thanks

No Z-Wave Sensors would not be compatible with the 2GIG Panel, or any Alarm.com compatible panel. Z-Wave devices such as locks, lights and switches would. For more information, please see this post here.
