I’m trying to add a PowerG 2-Button Wireless Key Fob PG9949/PG8949/PG4949 to my Quolsys 2+ panel. When I go to “Settings” then “Advance Settings”, there should be an “Installation” Icon but there is none. The only devices that is shows in the system are the devices I purchased from Surety when I bought the system. How am I suppose to add other devices that have not been purchased from Surety without the “Installation” Icon?
To view installer options like the Installation menu, you would need to input the installer code when prompted for a code. The default installer code for the IQ Panel 2+ is 1111.
You can then find settings to control the Installer code under Settings > Advanced Settings > Installation > Security and Arming.
If you need to reset your installer code, as long as your panel is communicating with Alarm.com you can do so through your Surety System Manager here.
